Workers’ Compensation Visits

MedSurg Urgent Care can help with many non-life-threatening work-related injuries and occupational health needs.

If your visit is related to a workplace injury, please bring whatever information you have from your employer or workers’ compensation claim.

This may include:

  • Employer paperwork, if provided
  • Claim number, if available
  • Employer contact information
  • Workers’ compensation insurance information, if available
  • Photo ID

If you do not have all the paperwork yet, bring what you have and our team will help guide the next step.
