MedSurg Urgent Care provides walk-in urgent care for children and adults, including treatment of illnesses and minor injuries, on-site x-rays and lab testing, physicals, occupational health, drug and alcohol testing, and weight management & GLP-1 support, at our Wyomissing and Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania locations.

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current condition.
• Bring photo ID, insurance card if applicable, and any relevant medical or employer forms.
• Follow care instructions provided by your clinician.
• Pay any amounts owed for services, including copays, deductibles, and self-pay balances.
